We have the longest history of any notary firm in Voorburg and is an understanding in Voorburg, Leidschendam and other places nearby. We were originally located in the premises that are now the Swaensteyn Museum, and our predecessors in office include the notaries Beguin, Van Wieringen, Mertens and Van Willigen.
We are a general practice and so can deal with any matters requiring a notary.

Richard Dom has been a notary since December 1995. He began as a junior notary at this office, when it was the Van Willigen notary firm. As a junior notary he was closely involved in setting up the first local newspaper in Voorburg, the Foreburghs nieuwsblad, which has since become the Voorburgse Courant.

He is
closely involved in life in and around Leidschendam and Voorburg. His activities have included sponsoring the Sunday morning concerts in Hofwijck and he is also on the recommendations committee for the charity Stichting Hospice Voorburg-Rijswijk. The positive approach adopted by Stichting MS Research means he also has a special relationship with this charity, while the
Stichting
Magic Care charity, with its unique way of helping ill and disabled children, was founded philanthropically at his office.
